Clarity. Perspective. Strategic Growth.

Because in a noisy world, clarity is a strategic advantage.

I help leaders step back, see the bigger picture, and move forward with intention.

I believe the most effective strategy is built on clarity, connection, and consistency.

In moments of change, the instinct is often to add more: more messaging, more platforms, more activity. But growth rarely comes from more noise. It comes from sharper focus.

Clarity creates alignment. Alignment builds trust. And trust is what allows organizations to grow with intention.

Before tactics, tools, or platforms, there's a deeper layer: understanding who you are, what you stand for, and where you're headed.

I work closely with organizations and teams to surface that clarity, then translate it into aligned messaging, coherent digital presence, and thoughtful strategy that builds trust over time.

My role is to help organizations step back, see the bigger picture, and move forward with greater focus and confidence.

My Approach

Who I Work With

I work best with leaders and organizations who:

  • Value clarity, trust, and thoughtful decision-making

  • Are rooted in purpose but forward-looking

  • Want a strategic partner, not just task-based execution

  • Sense the digital landscape is shifting and want to navigate it with intention

Flexible by Design

Every engagement is built around your context, goals, and capacity. Collaborations typically take one of three forms:

Clarity & Direction Sessions High-level strategy conversations designed to refine positioning, align messaging, and map practical next steps.

Initiatives & Inflection Points Focused support for launches, transitions, repositioning, or key moments of growth.

Ongoing Strategic Partnership Longer-term advisory relationships for organizations seeking steady guidance, clarity in decision-making, and a trusted thought partner.

Background & Experience

I've spent more than two decades helping organizations find their footing, tell their story, and grow with intention.

With experience spanning brand strategy, digital commerce, and strategic partnerships, I bring both long-view perspective and grounded, practical insight.

I've partnered with organizations across nonprofit, cultural tourism, hospitality, lifestyle, and values-driven business sectors, supporting leaders through growth, transition, and reinvention. My background includes destination marketing, luxury and lifestyle brands, global partnerships, and mission-driven organizations.

Areas of focus include:

  • Strategic positioning and messaging clarity

  • Brand storytelling and content strategy

  • Digital ecosystem alignment

  • Partnership and relationship strategy

  • Fundraising, and mission-driven communications

  • Founder and organizational positioning

About Me

I've always been drawn to moments of change and the clarity that becomes possible when you meet them with curiosity rather than hesitation.

Thus, I find the current conversation around AI genuinely fascinating, full of possibility for organizations willing to get clear about who they are and where they're headed.

My mother's best advice to me was simply "be bold." It's encouraged me to take pivotal leaps, personally and professionally, including an unforgettable season volunteering as an equestrian safari guide in South Africa.

I live and work in Sonoma County, California, and volunteer with local animal welfare organizations. I bring the same curiosity, care, and commitment to every organization I have the privilege of supporting.
